If something looks worth a closer look, the foundation, the roof, the wiring, I'll flag it so your home inspector can check it properly. If the asking price looks fair, I'll say so. Real estate is too expensive for polite half-truths.
You'll hear from me by whatever method you prefer: text, email, phone, or in person. I don't go quiet after the listing is signed. I aim to update you at least weekly.
